CBSE Results 2012 12th class

CBSE Results 2012 12^th class

CBSE 12^th class examinations were started on 1^st Mar 2012 and the last exam was on 16^th Apr 2012.  Central board of Secondary examination (CBSE) declared the results for the 12^th class board on 28^th May 2012.

Performance

This year total 815749 candidates were appeared in the CBSE board examination of 12^th class.  The percentage of students appeared this year is more than the previous year. Total 5.94% of growth has been noticed this year.

If we compare the pass percentage then it is decreased compare to last year CBSE results. This year overall pass percentage is 80.19 whereas last year it was 80.88.

Girls VS Boys

As always been seen, Girls again did well and the pass percentage of girls compare to boys this year is 86.21 vs 75.80.

Private students pass percentage is very law compare to regular. Private candidates pass percentage for the year 2012 is 38.85 and for the regular students it is 82.51.

Among the CBSE region, Chennai recorded the highest pass percentage of students this year which is 90.59.
